Jane Denton

My goal: To support female survivors who share similar childhood experiences, by providing a safe space for human connection, healing, and personal growth.

The following represents my career life after surviving childhood domestic violence and sex abuse trauma:

Jane started her career in social services, business, and career development in Arizona in 2001 and has worked in non-profit, government, education, and private sectors helping others build their businesses and careers. She maintains an MBA-Human Resources from Grand Canyon University (2018) and received her Bachelors degree in Applied Business Management (2015) from Grand Canyon University as well. 

Over the course of her career, she worked for the State of Arizona Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services in their Job Service and Vocational Rehabilitation programs, local non-profit rehab and employment agencies advocating for people with SMI and other disabilities, and as a talent acquisition partner for local non-profits, major healthcare providers, and education institutions. 

Jane is certified in behavioral health Peer Support, and worked as an employment specialist and job coach in the behavioral health field for 10 years, serving those living with SMI and many domestic violence and sex abuse survivors. 

In 2009, she served as secretary/treasurer of the Board for the Employers Advisory Council in Phoenix, AZ, and was an active member of the Networking Employment Training Professionals Association (NETPA) for five years.
